Meaningful books. I don't see why anyone would choose to write or read junk books.
Cool fictional names or cool fictional places?

Finding a book at a book store and loving it or getting a book you love but your friend is letting you borrow it?
|
|
|
Post by moonshadow on Feb 13, 2008 10:29:57 GMT -6
Getting a book I love but my friend is letting me borrow it, because my mom doesn't like buying "expensive" books for me at a bookstore, anyways, so you know. Anyways, I'll just borrow the book from my friend again, whenever I want... RIGHT?

Having people hate your book but it is really popular or having people love your book but its really unknown?

Dunno, if everyone hates my book, then why would they buy it? If everyone loves my book, then why would it be unknown?

having people love your book but it is unknown. The "tortured poet" thing, although cliche, is a lot of fun.

Writing in school or Writing on the bus?

Post by shadow_scribe on Feb 20, 2008 17:02:36 GMT -6
Writing in school. Because there's a desk to write on. And it's not constantly shaking. And the people around you aren't screaming their freakin' organs out.
Stories about blood or stories about bunnies?
|
|
|
Post by Camaraderie on Feb 21, 2008 7:34:34 GMT -6
Stories about bunnies, because bunnies can go either way, good or evil. Heh, maiming vampire bunnies of doom Stories about mental disorders or stories about alcohol/drug addiction?

Stories about alcohol/drug addiction. Somehow authors manage to make it sound more interesting.
So, stories that are full of satyr or stories that are actually metaphors for something else?

|

Post by Camaraderie on Feb 21, 2008 15:57:25 GMT -6
Those two are synonymous, are they not?
And satire is spelled satire.
Story about a goose or story about a duck?
|
|
|
Post by shadow_scribe on Feb 21, 2008 16:01:02 GMT -6
Story about a goose. Because goose sounds better than duck.

Post by LadyAuthoress on Feb 22, 2008 5:15:44 GMT -6
stories with made up names. I have a thing for just throwing together syllables and seeing if they sound like a name.
